NAAIA and Junior Achievement USA: Partnering With A Purpose
NAAIA and Junior Achievement USA have announced a partnership commitment to educate black and brown students about the importance of closing the racial wealth gap. The kick-off for this national partnership during Black History Month for the week of Feb. 8th through the 12th. WE NEED YOU to make this event a success!
We are working with Chicago Public Schools through the local Junior Achievement organization and they have identified a minimum (18) volunteer opportunities for this event. All of the classroom engagements are virtual, so no need to worry about in-person travel or in-person touchpoints. Another great fact is that you don’t need to be a NAAIA member to volunteer. We have so many great members in the NAAIA Chicago family, that I’m positive that we won’t have a shortage of interested volunteers.
See this link to register https://juniorachievementusa.formstack.com/forms/naaia_volunteer_opportunities and be sure to select Chicago as your affiliation during that process. The registration link is also in the flyer included with this announcement. In case you haven’t seen it, please check out the event kick-off presentation https://www.naaia.org/webinars, Partnering With a Purpose, that was held in October. It was a supercharged presentation on this awesome new partnership.
